The short version
Nothing leaves your device
Seven-Thirty Club does not collect, transmit, sell or share any personal data. There is no account, no analytics SDK, no advertising SDK and no tracking of any kind. Every score you call, every mug you earn, and every setting you change stays on the device the app is installed on. We cannot see any of it, because it never reaches us.
What the app stores, and where
Everything below is written to this device's own local storage (the app's SwiftData database, its UserDefaults preferences, and one image file in the app's private Application Support folder). None of it is sent to a server, because the app has no server to send it to.
| Data | Why it's stored | Leaves this device? |
|---|---|---|
| Your calls, points, streaks and season history | So the game remembers your progress between launches | No |
| Mugs and pennants earned | Shown on your Shelf | No |
| The name and town you type in | Shown on the bar's standings and your profile | No |
| Your mug-shot photo (optional) | Shown next to your name | No |
| App settings (music, haptics, alarm, pace) | So your preferences persist | No |
Camera and photo library
If you tap Snap mug shot, the app asks the system for permission to use the camera, and the photo you take is saved only as your in-app mug shot. If you instead pick an existing photo, the app uses Apple's photo picker, which lets you choose a single image without granting the app any broader access to your library. In both cases the resulting image is written to this device's app storage and is never uploaded anywhere.
Notifications
If you turn on the Saturday morning alarm in onboarding or in Bar settings, the app schedules a local notification on your device for the next kickoff. This reminder is created and delivered entirely on-device by iOS; no push service, server or third party is involved.
No advertising, no tracking, no third parties
The app contains no advertising network, no analytics framework and no software development kit (SDK) from any third party that collects data. We do not use the Advertising Identifier (IDFA) or any similar identifier. Nothing about your use of the app is linked to you or used to track you across apps or websites.
Data from children
Seven-Thirty Club is not directed at children and does not knowingly collect information from anyone. It is a casual prediction game intended for adults 18 and over; it contains no real-money betting, wagering, deposits or cash prizes of any kind.
Deleting your data
Open Me → Bar settings → Start over to erase your saved progress on this device. Deleting the app from your device removes everything else, including your mug-shot photo, immediately and permanently.
